President to Sign Energy Bill Monday at Sandia

From a transcript of a White House press conference in Crawford, Texas, here's Scott McClellan:

Next week, on Monday, we will be traveling to Albuquerque, New Mexico. He will be touring the Sandia Laboratory there, and then he (President Bush) will be making remarks after signing the comprehensive energy legislation that passed recently.
