Lessons from Fukushima

For those of you with a technical bent, here is a presentation at MIT by Lake Barrett called Lessons from Fukushima. He was at the NRC during the accident at Three Mile Island and was subsequently named the NRC site director there Based on that experience, Barrett offers his personal analysis and recommendations on priorities for moving forward at Fukushima.
