Bush and Congress Eyeing Energy Policy

The Financial Times reports that energy policy will be one of the central themes of the State of the Union later this month. Meanwhile, back on Capitol Hill, incoming Democrats are planning a package of legislation that will roll back drilling incentives for oil companies and boost federal royalties for offshore oil and natural gas exploration.
