Info Post
Yesterday, we linked to a post over at Real Clear Politics where an anonymous reader issued another warning about the risks of overreliance on natural gas-fired electrical generation. Today, that same anonymous reader passed along the following note:
For a real wake up call, check out the California Energy Commission's power plant permitting queue - almost all natural gas fired. Of our gas suppliers, only Wyoming has ramp-up potential and Kinder Morgan is building a pipeline from Wyoming to Chicago - hope there is enough gas to share!
If you like, take a look for yourself. How many times do we have to be warned before we do something?
