Here's a summary of what went on in the energy markets last week:

Electricity prices were again decreasing throughout the country last week (see pages 1 & 2). Gas prices continued to fall at the Henry Hub declining $.35 to $4.35/MMBtu (see page 4).

Oil prices fell $2.57 to $61.40/barrel (see page 5). SO2 and NOx allowance prices fell to $525/ton and $1,321.90/ton (see page 7).

Nuclear capacity availability was at 89% last week. Nine reactors were down for refueling and three were offline for maintenance (see pages 2&3).
