Catawba 1 Back at Full Power

Duke Energy Corp.'s (DUK.N: Quote, Profile, Research) 1,129-megawatt unit 1 at the Catawba nuclear power station in South Carolina ramped up to full power as of early Monday, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission said in its daily plant status report.

The unit had been shut since May 20 due to a loss of offsite power.

Meanwhile, the 1,129 MW unit 2 continued to operate at full power.
