We don't focus all that often on nuclear technologies outside of electric generation, but here's one student who thinks it's time for more people to enjoy the benefits of food irradiation:The bottom line is that consumers should have the opportunity to choose irradiated foods if they wish, rather than be denied that right because of unsupported claims made by groups who claim to represent consumers but may only represent a small minority of consumers with concerns about all new technologies, not just food irradiation.Not bad for a first blog post.
