"Missiles to Megawatts"

From time to time, we've told you about the "Meagtons to Megawatts", a program that downblends highly enriched uranium into fuel for American nuclear reactors. Today's edition of the Wall Street Journal (subscription required) contained a graphic that explains the program in terms everyone can understand.
